Zymbyo has the right to cancel the agreement at any time refusing new referrals, but will honour payment for previous referrals. 

All referrals must be companies not already in contact with, or existing as a current contact of Zymbyo Inc. and must be approved prior to sign up. 

The Zymbyo Partnership program is a business building limited time program in that it may be cancelled at any time in its entirety.  This will not affect referrals previous to the cancellation. Zymbyo Partnership Program members will enjoy lifetime benefits. 

Lifetime referral payments refer to 20% of the fees on campaign management, (currently 13% of the client total monthly investment in campaigns) but excludes any monthly subscription fees.

In order to receive Zymbyo partnership income a registrant must be verified to be an individual or business with proper identifying documents subject to, and at the sole discretion of Zymbyo Inc. 

A “Referral” is owned by a Zymbyo Partnership Program members only after Zymbyo has acknowledged that it has not already been in contact with the prospect either via its staff directly, or through a referral from another partner. 

A “Referral” must close, or sign up for the product within 30 days of the referral, and must engage in “Paid Campaigns” within six months of signing up. Referrals do not last indefinitely. The spirit of the referral is to send prospective clients that are interested in, or have a genuine need for the product.

• Prospect is referred to us via our referral page.

• Your Zymbyo Partnership Program member designation must be populated on the referral form. 

• Zymbyo qualifies referral for approval in the program. 

• Zymbyo will reach out to prospects at a time and date to be determined Zymbyo Inc.
